Bulk Google index checkers compared
For a few thousand URLs bought now and then, a one-time credit pack costs least. For hundreds of thousands a month, SpeedyIndex is cheapest per check. If your checks should feed an indexing service or a Zapier workflow, IndexCheckr and Rapid Index Checker do more. For your own site only, Search Console is free.

When another tool fits better
- Very large volumes. SpeedyIndex is the cheapest per check once you spend more than about $50, and accepts lists of up to 100,000 links.
- Workflows and integrations. IndexCheckr connects to Zapier, Google Sheets and several indexing services. indexaction offers a REST API. indexaction vs IndexCheckr compares the two pack by pack.
- Teams and long history. Rapid Index Checker's Team and Business plans include team members, webhooks and up to three years of history.
- Getting pages indexed. SpeedyIndex sells indexing, and the others can pass URLs to an indexing service. indexaction does not.
- Only your own site. Google Search Console's URL Inspection is free and exact, one URL at a time. How to check if a page is indexed compares it with the other methods.
When indexaction fits
- You check a list now and then, not every month. Packs start at $5, there is no subscription, and credits never expire.
- You want to try it before an account. The free checker takes 10 URLs with no signup.
- You also track rankings. The same credits buy keyword positions in Google's top 100 by market and device.
- You would rather get "unknown" than a guess. A check that cannot complete comes back as Error and the credit is refunded.
Questions
- Which bulk index checker is cheapest?
- It depends on volume. For a few thousand checks, indexaction’s $5 and $10 packs cost less per URL than IndexCheckr’s smallest packs. Above about $50, SpeedyIndex is cheaper per Google check than the others, and at a million checks IndexCheckr’s largest pack is cheaper than ours. Prices as read on each vendor’s pricing page on 4 November 2026.
- Can these tools check backlinks on sites I do not own?
- All four check the public Google index, so they work on any domain: guest posts, directory listings and paid placements. Google Search Console cannot, because it only reports on properties you have verified.
- Do they also get pages indexed?
- SpeedyIndex sells an indexing service alongside its checker, and Rapid Index Checker and IndexCheckr can pass URLs to indexing services. indexaction only checks. It does not submit URLs anywhere, so its verdicts are not tied to a service it sells.
- What happens to a URL a check cannot complete?
- In indexaction it is reported as Error rather than guessed, and the credit goes back to your balance. Check the other tools’ documentation for how they handle the same case.
